Submitting a request on this website does not constitute a binding contract for installation services. A legally binding contract is only formed when a physical home assessment survey is completed, a formal written quotation is issued, and both parties sign a physical contract agreement offline.

4. Quotation, Survey & Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) Disclaimer

Any online indicators or initial estimates are preliminary guides to help evaluate whether your property layout and heating setup qualify for the £7,500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme or are suitable for renewable installations.

JHT Energy Services Ltd is an MCS Certified installer authorised to apply for the £7,500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) voucher directly with Ofgem on behalf of qualifying property owners in England and Wales. Grant approval is subject to Ofgem scheme rules, property eligibility, and voucher availability.

Initial inquiries do not guarantee installation feasibility. Final suitability, required equipment specifications, system sizing, and pricing are confirmed only following an in-person or detailed technical survey conducted by an accredited partner engineer.

5. Energy Savings Estimations & MCS Standards (MCS 031 / MIS 3005-D)

All renewable heating and solar performance estimates are calculated in accordance with MCS standards (including MCS 031 and MIS 3005-D for heat pumps, and MIS 3002 for Solar PV).

Actual savings will vary and depend on factor details including energy tariff costs, individual property insulation, heating system usage, and household energy habits.

Prior to entering any agreement, each customer receives a transparent pre-sale quotation, room-by-room heat-loss calculation, and MCS performance estimate. This outlines heating requirements, proposed system capacity, and estimated energy usage to ensure consumers receive clear, impartial, and comparable information before making a decision.

6. No Payments Processed Online

JHT Energy Services Ltd does not process payments, collect credit or debit card details, or carry out e-commerce sales on this website. Any financial transactions or deposit payments related to installations are managed securely through bank transfers and offline invoicing.
